Combina los bumps de Renovate de sternboard en 1 PR = 1 pasada de CI.

Verificado local (node:24):

✅ server tsc OK (drizzle-orm 0.45, @fastify/cors 11, @fastify/static 9, vitest 4)
✅ web tsc && vite build OK (react 19, react-router-dom 7, vite 8, @dnd-kit 10, @vitejs/plugin-react 6)
Sin cambios de código.

⚠️ Excluido typescript v6 (#6): el salto 5→6 rompe tsc; lo dejo como duda aparte.

Sustituye PRs #1,#2,#3,#4,#7,#8,#9,#11,#12,#13.
